Cosa mi serve per usare MeshControl?
Un server MeshCentral raggiungibile via HTTPS e un account su quel server. Dentro l'app, dalla schermata di accesso, trovi una guida passo passo per crearne uno su Windows, Linux, macOS, Docker o Raspberry Pi.
Il server dice che non accetta l'app
Nel file config.json di MeshCentral, nella sezione del dominio, va aggiunto "allowedOrigin": ["nome.del.tuo.server", "meshcontrol.invalid"], poi va riavviato MeshCentral. Il nome del server va sempre messo, altrimenti smette di funzionare il sito.
Meglio il token o nome utente e password?
Il token (lo crei nel sito di MeshCentral, in «Il mio account») è il modo più semplice e non chiede la verifica in due passaggi. Con nome utente e password l'app chiede il codice dell'authenticator, se l'hai attivato.
Cosa comprende la versione gratuita?
Il controllo remoto con mouse, tastiera e gesti. Se il computer ha più schermi, li vedi tutti insieme.
Cosa aggiunge MeshControl Full?
La scelta dello schermo su cui lavorare, il menu delle azioni (Ctrl+Alt+Canc, cambio finestra, copia e incolla e altre) e le funzioni che arriveranno, come il trasferimento di file. È disponibile come abbonamento settimanale o con un pagamento unico per sempre.
Ho cambiato iPhone: come recupero l'acquisto?
Apri MeshControl, tocca «Full» e poi «Ripristina acquisti», usando lo stesso account Apple dell'acquisto.
Come disdico l'abbonamento?
Da Impostazioni › il tuo nome › Abbonamenti › MeshControl, oppure da «Gestisci abbonamento» nella pagina Full dell'app. La disdetta va fatta almeno 24 ore prima del rinnovo.
Ho un codice omaggio
Nella pagina Full tocca «Hai un codice omaggio? Riscattalo», oppure nell'App Store tocca la tua foto e poi «Riscatta carta regalo o codice».

What do I need to use MeshControl?
A MeshCentral server reachable over HTTPS and an account on that server. Inside the app, on the sign-in screen, there is a step-by-step guide to create one on Windows, Linux, macOS, Docker or Raspberry Pi.
The server says it does not accept the app
In MeshCentral's config.json, in the domain section, add "allowedOrigin": ["your.server.name", "meshcontrol.invalid"], then restart MeshCentral. Always include your server name as well, otherwise the website stops working.
Token or username and password?
A login token (created on the MeshCentral website under “My Account”) is the simplest option and does not ask for two-step verification. With username and password, the app asks for your authenticator code if you enabled it.
What does the free version include?
Remote control with mouse, keyboard and gestures. If the computer has several screens, you see them all together.
What does MeshControl Full add?
Choosing which screen to work on, the actions menu (Ctrl+Alt+Del, switch window, copy and paste and more) and upcoming features such as file transfer. It is available as a weekly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
I changed iPhone: how do I get my purchase back?
Open MeshControl, tap “Full” and then “Restore purchases”, using the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions › MeshControl, or tap “Manage subscription” on the Full page of the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
I have a gift code
On the Full page tap “Have a gift code? Redeem it”, or in the App Store tap your photo and then “Redeem Gift Card or Code”.

Was brauche ich für MeshControl?
Einen per HTTPS erreichbaren MeshCentral-Server und ein Konto darauf. In der App findest du auf dem Anmeldebildschirm eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung für Windows, Linux, macOS, Docker oder Raspberry Pi.
Der Server akzeptiert die App nicht
Füge in der config.json von MeshCentral im Domainbereich "allowedOrigin": ["name.deines.servers", "meshcontrol.invalid"] hinzu und starte MeshCentral neu. Trage immer auch deinen Servernamen ein, sonst funktioniert die Website nicht mehr.
Token oder Benutzername und Passwort?
Ein Anmelde-Token (auf der MeshCentral-Website unter „Mein Konto“ erstellt) ist am einfachsten und verlangt keine Zwei-Faktor-Bestätigung. Mit Benutzername und Passwort fragt die App nach dem Code deiner Authentifizierungs-App, falls aktiviert.
Was bietet die kostenlose Version?
Fernsteuerung mit Maus, Tastatur und Gesten. Hat der Computer mehrere Bildschirme, siehst du alle zusammen.
Was bietet MeshControl Full zusätzlich?
Die Wahl des Bildschirms, das Aktionsmenü (Strg+Alt+Entf, Fenster wechseln, Kopieren und Einfügen und mehr) und kommende Funktionen wie die Dateiübertragung. Erhältlich als Wochenabo oder als einmaliger Kauf auf Dauer.
Neues iPhone: Wie bekomme ich meinen Kauf zurück?
Öffne MeshControl, tippe auf „Full“ und dann auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“ – mit demselben Apple Account wie beim Kauf.
Wie kündige ich das Abo?
Unter Einstellungen › dein Name › Abonnements › MeshControl oder über „Abo verwalten“ auf der Full-Seite der App. Kündige spätestens 24 Stunden vor der Verlängerung.

Le serveur indique qu'il n'accepte pas l'app
Dans le fichier config.json de MeshCentral, dans la section du domaine, ajoutez "allowedOrigin": ["nom.de.votre.serveur", "meshcontrol.invalid"], puis redémarrez MeshCentral. Mettez toujours aussi le nom de votre serveur, sinon le site cesse de fonctionner.
Jeton ou nom d'utilisateur et mot de passe ?
Le jeton de connexion (créé sur le site MeshCentral dans « Mon compte ») est le plus simple et ne demande pas de validation en deux étapes. Avec nom d'utilisateur et mot de passe, l'app demande le code de votre application d'authentification si elle est activée.
Que comprend la version gratuite ?
Le contrôle à distance avec souris, clavier et gestes. Si l'ordinateur a plusieurs écrans, vous les voyez tous ensemble.
Qu'ajoute MeshControl Full ?
Le choix de l'écran, le menu d'actions (Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, changement de fenêtre, copier-coller et plus) et les fonctions à venir comme le transfert de fichiers. Disponible en abonnement hebdomadaire ou en achat unique à vie.
J'ai changé d'iPhone : comment récupérer mon achat ?
Ouvrez MeshControl, touchez « Full » puis « Restaurer les achats », avec le même compte Apple que lors de l'achat.
Comment résilier l'abonnement ?
Dans Réglages › votre nom › Abonnements › MeshControl, ou avec « Gérer l'abonnement » sur la page Full de l'app. Résiliez au moins 24 heures avant le renouvellement.
J'ai un code cadeau
Sur la page Full, touchez « Vous avez un code cadeau ? Utilisez-le », ou dans l'App Store touchez votre photo puis « Utiliser une carte cadeau ou un code ».

¿Qué necesito para usar MeshControl?

El servidor dice que no acepta la app
En el archivo config.json de MeshCentral, en la sección del dominio, añade "allowedOrigin": ["nombre.de.tu.servidor", "meshcontrol.invalid"] y reinicia MeshCentral. Pon siempre también el nombre de tu servidor; si no, el sitio deja de funcionar.
¿Token o usuario y contraseña?
El token de acceso (se crea en el sitio de MeshCentral, en «Mi cuenta») es lo más sencillo y no pide verificación en dos pasos. Con usuario y contraseña, la app pide el código de tu app de autenticación si la tienes activada.
¿Qué incluye la versión gratuita?
El control remoto con ratón, teclado y gestos. Si el equipo tiene varias pantallas, las ves todas juntas.
¿Qué añade MeshControl Full?
Elegir la pantalla en la que trabajar, el menú de acciones (Ctrl+Alt+Supr, cambiar de ventana, copiar y pegar y más) y las funciones que llegarán, como la transferencia de archivos. Disponible como suscripción semanal o con un pago único para siempre.
He cambiado de iPhone: ¿cómo recupero la compra?
Abre MeshControl, toca «Full» y luego «Restaurar compras», con la misma cuenta de Apple de la compra.
¿Cómo cancelo la suscripción?
En Ajustes › tu nombre › Suscripciones › MeshControl, o con «Gestionar suscripción» en la página Full de la app. Cancela al menos 24 horas antes de la renovación.
